Suds & Scissors was lucky enough to have met Nina Ottosson in person recently at the Interzoo 2014 held in Nuremburg, Germany. She designs and develops all her products and only the best materials are used for all the toys. The amount of understanding and thinking that goes into each Nina Ottosson IQ toy is impressive.
We are proud to say that we have one of the biggest range of Nina Ottosson products in store in Singapore! The toys and games are made of two materials: wood and plastic. These are some of the IQ toys that we have in stock right now:

Plastic Games
The plastic IQ toys are designed to be colourful and stable, easy to clean,
and can be used with both wet and dry food. They are great for dogs
who drool a lot, or when the games are used for more than one dog.
Only non-toxic and recyclable plastic are used for all plastic games.

Dog Smart Level 1
How does it work?
Hide treats under the hollow white plastic blocks.
Let the dog/cat look for the treats by trying to lift or push away one block after the other with its nose or paw, in order to find the hidden treats. A very fun and activating game for you and your dog/cat.

Dog Spinny Level 1
How does it work?
Hide some treats in the depressions under the rotating discs. Let your dog/cat turn the disc with its paw or nose in order to find the hidden goodies through the hole in the rotating disc.

Dog Brick Plastic Level 2
How does it work?
Hide treats in the depressions under the sliding discs, let your dog look for the treats by trying to pull the discs to the side with its paw or nose.
To increase the level of difficulty:
Place the white plastic blocks in the depressions in the middle of the dog brick. The dog/cat has to remove the white plastic blocks before the discs can slide.

Dog Tornado Plastic Level 2
How does it work?
Dog Tornado has four layers of rotating discs. In three layers there are compartments where treats can be hidden. The dog/cat has to learn to rotate the different layers in different directions with its nose or paw in order to find the hidden goodies.
To increase the level of difficulty:
Place the white plastic blocks in some of the compartments. The dog/cat has to remove the white plastic blocks before the layers can rotate. You can tie a string through the holes in the blocks to make it easier for the dog/cat to lift the blocks away.

Dog Twister Plastic Level 3
How does it work?
The dog is to look for treats by moving one block after another in a circle in different directions; the blocks can also be locked in position by a bone-shaped peg on the up-side of the game. There are depressions under the blocks where treats can be hidden.
To increase the level of difficulty:
You can also hide treats under all the pegs. Start by locking some of the blocks. Later when the dog has understood how to work, you can lock all the blocks. The pegs can also be placed sideways in order to make it easier for the dog to get hold of them.

Dog Casino Plastic Level 3
How does it work?
The dog is to look for treats by pulling out the flaps in different directions. In each flap there is a compartment where the treat can be hidden.
To increase the level of difficulty:
Lock the flaps using the bone-shaped pegs on top. A tip is to place a treat under each of the pegs.

excellent for dogs that get excited and tend to get rough.
These wooden games are made of Swedish Karlit MDF Board, which is a natural product from Swedish beech trees.

Dog Brick Wood Level 2
How does it work?
Hide treats or dry food bits in the cavities under the bricks. Let the dog search for the treats by moving the bricks aside, either with the paw or the nose. It is not possible to lift the bricks.
To increase the level of difficulty:
Lock the bricks with the included big blocks and black pegs. Now the dog has to lift the blocks and pegs in order to push the bricks aside to reach the treats.

Dog Trubble Level 2-3
How does it work?
The dog is to look for treats by moving several blocks round in a bendy track with only one opening, where the block can be lifted off and treats will be found under the block.
To increase the level of difficulty:
Alter the difficulty level by varying the number of blocks used in the bendy track. Using 1 block would be easier than using all 5 blocks.

Dog Turbo Wood Level 3
How does it work?
Place some treats or dry food bits in the slots. Allow your dog to move the blocks using its paw or nose and in doing so move the treats towards the edge, where they can fall out through one of the holes on the side. The blocks cannot be lifted up.
To increase the level of difficulty:
Place the blocks in rows in the circle in the middle with the treats in the slots. The dog will have to work to get the blocks out into the slots towards the edge, in order to get the treats to fall out through the holes.
Note: make sure the treats are not too big.

Dog Casino Wood Level 3
How does it work?
The dog should look for treats by pulling out the flaps in different directions. In each flap there is a depression where the treat can be hidden. To increase the level of difficulty:
Lock the flaps using the plugs on the top. The dog has to pull out the plugs before the flaps can be pulled out.

Dog Worker Level 3
How does it work?
Spin the disc so a block is exposed and can be pulled out to reveal the treats. To increase the level of difficulty:
Hide treats underneath all the blocks, both those that slide and those that can be lifted, as well as in all compartments underneath the rotating disc. The dog has to spin the disc to the right position so that block after block is exposed and can be pulled out and thereby reveal the treats.

Dog Fighter Level 3
How does it work?
The dog is to look for treats by moving blocks in four different directions. The block can only be lifted up at the end of each track, underneath each block there is a compartment where treats can be hidden.
To increase the level of difficulty:
Use the 2 big Dog Smart blocks and the 2 pegs that are included or a rolled-up piece of cloth or paper in the rounded part of the track. The dog has to remove these blocks in order to get to the treats. You can vary the game by using more than one block in the same track.
