How do I book an appointment?You can book an appointment with us via WhatsApp, or call the store directly at 64681904 if you need more assistance. When booking an appointment with us, please state your what breed of dog(s) you have, the service required and preferred day(s) e.g. weekday or Saturday. We will send you a registration form to fill up online via Whatsapp after confirming your appointment. Please ensure you have read our Grooming Policies before making an appointment.

What forms of payment do you accept?We accept cash, credit/debit cards, PayNow and bank transfer. We also accept CDC Vouchers in store. Payment is due at pick up.

Where are you located?Our grooming salon is located at 7 Jalan Bingka Singapore 588902, off Rifle Range road in Bukit Timah.

Is there parking available?Free parking is available right outside our store. There is also alternative free parking nearby along the parallel road Jalan Bangket and Jalan Gaharu.

What is your cancellation policy?We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a $50 cancellation fee or charged 100% of the booking for a no-show. For customers who cancel/reschedule appointments without prior notice, we reserve the right to require these customers to pay for the grooming session in advance (non-refundable) or put down a non-refundable deposit to secure the next appointment slot, otherwise we reserve the right to turn down any future bookings.

What types of dogs do you groom?We groom dogs of all breeds, sizes, and ages - big or small, we welcome them all! However, for the safety of our staff and other pets, we may not be able to accommodate dogs with aggressive behaviour, have a history of aggression issues towards groomers, severe health issues, or those who are not up-to-date on vaccinations. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us to discuss your dog's specific needs.

What is included in the Grooming Services?BATH & FLUFF includes: Bath & Blow Dry with Brushing. BASIC GROOMING includes: Bath & Blow Dry with Brushing, Ear Cleaning, Nail Trimming & Filing, Paw Pad & Sanitary Area Shaving. We do not clip the face, beard, tail or body during this service. FULL GROOMING includes: Full Body Haircut, Bath & Blow Dry with Brushing, Ear Cleaning, Nail Trimming & Filing, Paw Pad & Sanitary Area Shaving. MINI GROOM includes: Ear Cleaning, Nail Trimming & Filing & Paw Pad Shaving. ADD ON services are available e.g. Teeth brushing ALA CARTE services e.g. Nail Trimming

Why is the price not fixed/why is there a price range?Prices are based on the service chosen and your dog's size, coat condition (length, thickness, matting etc.), temperament, cooperativeness, any special needs such as additional undercoat removal or dematting, and actual grooming time taken. We will not be able to provide an exact price at the start of the grooming session. Please note extra charges may apply for dogs who require more than 1 groomer at any time of the session to assist due to aggression, inability to stand or difficulty in handling. The prices listed are applicable for dogs who are regularly grooming 4-6 weeks between grooming sessions. Extra charges may be applicable for dogs who come for grooming exceeding 6 weeks since their last groom.

What time do I drop off and pick up my dog?You can drop your dog off 5-10 minutes before your appointment. We will text you 15-30 minutes before your dog is ready for pick up. Please pick your dog up within 1 hour of the notice text/call. A late pick up fee may apply if you are unable to pick your dog up timely. Kindly adhere to the timeframes stated due to space constraints. If these timeframes don't work for you, please let us know to make alternative arrangements. We want to minimise your dog's time here waiting around, so that they will look forward to future visits!

How long does the grooming session take?It will depend on your dog’s breed, size, temperament, coat condition and what grooming service you have chosen. On average, it will take between 1.5 - 3 hours. Our receptionist will give you an approximate time at check in and we will text you 15-30 minutes before your dog is ready for pick up. Please note that our team frequently handles a variety of special situations, including dogs with health conditions, severely matted coats, or nervous puppies experiencing their first groom. These cases require extra time and care, which can occasionally affect our schedule. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure every dog receives the attention they need.

Can I stay and watch while my dog is being groomed?For the comfort and safety of your dog, we generally do not allow owners to stay for the grooming session. Our groomers need a calm, focused environment to work safely and efficiently, and additional people can create unnecessary distractions. Dogs are also more likely to become anxious or uncooperative when their owners are nearby, often seeking comfort or resisting the grooming process.

Are dogs allowed to mingle at the salon?All dogs are safely separated in clean, comfortable cages to prevent stress, injury or unwanted interactions.

Is anal gland expression included in the grooming services?No, anal gland expression is not automatically included in our grooming services. We can perform light external expression upon request, but only if needed. Unless your dog is showing signs of an issue—such as scooting or frequent licking of the rear area—we do not recommend it. Routinely expressing healthy anal glands may lead to chronic inflammation and long term damage.

How do you ensure the safety and comfort of my dog?Your dog’s well-being is our top priority. We handle your dog with care, using quality tools and keeping a clean, quiet space to ensure they feel safe and relaxed. Dogs are never left unattended or unsecured during the grooming session. We will never force a dog to complete a service if he/she is pushed past the limit, e.g. a dog that is too stressed out by nail clipping may require 2-3 more extra sessions to get the nails done as short as reasonably possible, rather than completing it in 1 session. How often should I bring my dog in for grooming?We recommend grooming every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain your dog’s coat, skin, ears, and nails in good condition. Regular grooming is about consistent upkeep, helping your dog stay clean and comfortable—rather than waiting until they’re overgrown and matted before booking an appointment. This frequency can vary depending on your dog’s coat type, lifestyle, and how well you're able to maintain their grooming needs between appointments. We have customers who come in for weekly bath & fluff sessions to keep their long haired dogs in good shape. Nail trims should be done more frequently—ideally every 2 to 4 weeks—to prevent overgrowth and discomfort. Senior Dogs: For our senior clients, we recommend scheduling grooming appointments at least once a month. Regular visits help keep their nails trimmed and paw pads fur short, which improves their grip and stability when walking. Older dogs often have less patience for lengthy grooming sessions, so staying on a consistent schedule allows us to keep each appointment brief and comfortable for them. If you have a senior dog, feel free to talk to us about setting up a regular grooming routine.

How do I book an appointment with transport / pet taxi?You can drop us a text via WhatsApp to arrange a grooming appointment with transport / pet taxi. Please indicate at the time of making an appointment that you will require the pet taxi as there are limited slots with pet taxi available. Also let us know your full address so that we can provide you with a quote.

Can I ride along with my dog in the Pet Taxi?For safety and insurance reasons, the Pet Taxi is reserved for pet transport only, and we’re unable to accommodate human passengers. Rest assured, your dog will be in the care of trained professionals for a safe and comfortable ride.

What should I prepare before my dog is picked up?Please ensure your dog is fitted with a working collar/harness and leash. Please do not use broken, ill-fitting or loosely fitted collars & harnesses as this poses a serious safety issue. Bring your dog out for a potty break before being picked up. How do I make payment?Payment can be made via PayNow or bank transfer before your dog is sent home. We will text you the total amount payable and our bank transfer details approximately an hour before your dog is sent home. For cash payment please prepare exact amount to be passed to the driver.

Can I book the Pet Taxi for something other than a grooming appointment?At this time, our Pet Taxi service is exclusively available for grooming clients. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to assisting with your pet’s grooming needs.

Why is your Pet Taxi more costly than GrabPet?While our pet taxi may cost more than GrabPet, it offers far greater convenience and peace of mind. With our service, you don’t need to make separate arrangements for both drop-off and pick-up—we handle everything for you. There's no need for anyone to accompany your pet to the salon either. We take care of the full journey, ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience for both you and your pet.
