Rates
Pet taxi rates start from $45 two ways.
Prices* are dependent on your distance from our shop.
Every additional dog is $10 extra two ways.

All taxi/transport services have to be booked in advance (at least 2 working days) with your grooming appointment, subject to availability.
Last minute pet taxi services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

*Price may vary according to location/accessibility of pick up point, and distance from pick up point to the shop. Additional charges may apply for dogs with behavioural issues/special needs. Any charges incurred enroute to picking up and dropping off dogs , such as ERP or Sentosa entrance fees, will be bourne by the customer. We reserve the right to alter the prices without prior notice.
Policies
1 / Ensure someone is home to assist at pick up and send home times.
2 / Secure your dog(s) properly with a working collar or harness and a leash. This is to ensure the safety of your dog.
3 / Please ensure your dog has had a potty break before pick up. A cleaning fee from $50 onwards may be applicable if a mess is made in the vehicle. Male dogs should be fitted with a male wrap diaper.
4 / Payment: We will text you the total amount payable and our bank details approximately an hour before your dog is sent home. Payment to be made via PayNow before your dog is sent home. For cash payment please prepare exact amount.
Pet Taxi Liability Disclaimer
By using our Pet Taxi service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: While we take every precaution to ensure your pet's safety and comfort during transportation, you understand that travel—like any pet-related activity—carries inherent risks. You agree to assume all risks associated with the transport of your pet.

Health & Behavior Disclosure: You certify that your pet is in good health, up-to-date on vaccinations, and has not shown aggressive behavior. You are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, behavioral concerns, or special care instructions prior to transport.

Emergency Care: In the event of a medical emergency, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you. If you cannot be reached, you authorize us to seek veterinary care for your pet at your expense.

Transport Limitations: The Pet Taxi is designed for pet-only transport. Human passengers are not permitted due to insurance and safety regulations.

Liability Release: You release and hold harmless Suds & Scissors, its staff, and contractors from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from injury, illness, loss, or death of your pet during transport, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Delays & Schedule Changes: You acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances (e.g., traffic, weather, pet emergencies) may affect timing, and agree to allow reasonable flexibility in pick-up and drop-off windows.
